Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some items, like personal or beauty items are not eligible for returns.

How to Return

1. Email [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, ship the item back (return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective).
3. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
