Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery times are as follows:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by location)

When Will I Receive My Order?

Total delivery time = Processing Time (2 business days) + Shipping Time

For example:

  • If you select Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) → You’ll receive your order within 5–7 business days.
  • If you select Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) → You’ll receive your order within 3–5 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Delays & Issues

  • While we aim to deliver orders on time, unexpected delays due to carriers, weather, or customs (for international orders) may occur.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact me for assistance.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work on a resolution.
