CITRINE is one of the most popular of all crystals. However, the vast majority of Citrines on the market are heat-treated Amethysts or Smoky Quartz... I only sell genuine citrine from The Congo. As ancient mythology tells us, citrine was worn in the breastplate of the High Priest, as a protection talisman and to prevent negative thoughts from '''The devil''. It is due to mythological stories such as these it has been widely accepted that citrine is a holy stone and holds no negativity, therefore it needs no cleansing. Citrine, nicknamed the ''Merchants stone'' is also believed to bring prosperity and luck, some people call it the money stone.
All of my crystals are cleansed and charged with love as soon as I receive them. Each piece is cleansed with sage before being shipped to you.
